A Senior Developer is responsible for participating in the creation and support of the enterprise's e-business service delivery platforms. They will maintain and enhance the overall architecture, assist in the selection of the appropriate tools and products to facilitate the implementation of the architecture across all web initiatives, and help define as well as enforce the necessary standards. They will also play an active role in the development of enterprise web initiatives.
A Senior Web Developer should possess a background in both client-server application and web development. The position requires an individual that has the potential to set technical direction at an application level and also mentor developers who have limited exposure to web development. The potential candidate should have good working knowledge of development methodologies and experience with multiple web tools and participating in rapid application development as well as full-life cycle web application development initiatives.

Designed and developed enterprise web applications and author technical documents.
Worked closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to design solutions.
Developed multi-tiered web solutions using the Microsoft DNA approach. Build front-end, middle-tier and back-end components.
Conducted unit testing and author technical documentation.
Performed other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Strong experience working with structured methodologies and participating in the design and development of applications in a distributed computing environment.
Solid knowledge of Internet-enabled technologies as well as a variety of client/server technologies.
Strong, hands-on experience developing web sites and solutions using Microsoft's suite of tools.
Understanding of technical issues related to building Internet, Intranet and Extranet systems.
Solid web infrastructure and networking experience.
Scripting, HTML, dHTML and other WUI design & userbility skills.
Ability to consolidate business and technical requirements and model data.
Ability to apply innovative approaches to solving design and technical issues.
Significant back-end integration experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Sever.
